MENINGKATKAN KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI MALL PELAYANAN PUBLIK

<p>Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan masyarakat, dan teknologi informasi masyarakat di Mal Layanan Umum Kota Palopo. Penelitian dirancang sebagai deskriptif eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel 100 orang yang berkunjung ke Mall Teknik analisis data dalam teknik statistik inferensial yaitu structural equation modeling (SEM) aplikasi Exel, SPSS Smart PLS. nilai signifikansinya 0,092 > 0,05. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh positif signifikan karena 0,000 < 0,05 atau T statistiknya 4,338 1,984. kerjasama pemerintah instansi vertikal, tidak signifikansi 0,830 0,125 1,984, 1,487 <1,894. – Teknologi terus dijaga agar ada peningkatan mall pelayanan publik Palopo</p>
